Terms of Use.

Aegis Riders is a closed-beta platform for motorcyclists in the UK and Ireland. By using this website (aegisriders.com) or the Aegis Riders app you accept these terms. If you don't, please don't use them.

Joining the early rider list does not guarantee access to the Aegis app. We're inviting riders in slowly as the platform develops, and we may close, pause, or change the early access programme at any time.

To use the Aegis Riders app you must be 16 or older and hold a valid licence to ride on public roads where you ride. You are responsible for the security of your account and for activity carried out under it.

Routes, hazard reports, weather hints and Copilot suggestions are guidance only. Road conditions change; user-submitted data may be inaccurate or out of date. You remain solely responsible for your speed, your route choices, and complying with the Highway Code (UK) and applicable traffic law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aegis is not liable for loss, injury, damage or fines arising from your riding decisions.

• No illegal, abusive, hateful or harassing content.
• No encouraging dangerous riding (street racing, speed leaderboards on public roads, and similar).
• Don't scrape, reverse-engineer or attempt to break the platform.
• Don't submit other people's personal data without a lawful basis to do so.

You keep ownership of content you post (hazard reports, photos, routes, club posts). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and process it solely to operate the service.

The service is provided "as is". Features may change, move or break. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
